Based on a suggestion on how to express kindness through these collages, I have decided to experiment with my hands holding a heart for each collage. Now each heart has two images together, based on the images from the magazines I had before, instead of having multiple images together. I also tried to play around with type and color throughout these collages.
Good to see type being used in a designerly (=intentional) way; its extension out into the holding hands, somehow brings the hands (and their symbolic dimension) into the heart (or vice versa).
ReplyDeleteNow, need to consider more carefully what the images are. Maybe need to scan and enlarge. The images are too imprecise. For example: the butterfly... gets lost, too many other elements in that side of the image.
How do these images work with the meanings of the quotes?
